Data Deletion

You're always in control of your Busy & Zen data. This page explains how to disconnect connected services or delete your account and personal information entirely.

Disconnect Google Calendar

If you connected Google Calendar, you can disconnect it at any time from the Calendar section of the app using the "Disconnect Google Calendar" button, or by removing Busy & Zen's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting stops future calendar access immediately.

Delete your account and data

To request deletion of your Busy & Zen account and personal data:

  1. Email us at connect@pranageo.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account."
  2. We'll verify the request and confirm back to you.
  3. We delete your account and personal information within 30 days, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, payment records) to comply with tax or accounting law. In that case, that limited data is kept only as long as legally required, and not used for anything else.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account removes your profile, your practice history, and any calendar connection. If you'd prefer to keep your account but remove specific information, let us know in your request and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
