This Privacy Policy explains how Busy & Zen ("Busy & Zen", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and application at busyandzen.com. Busy & Zen is built and operated by PranaGEO Ltd., based in Bodrum, Turkey.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run Busy & Zen and to make it useful to you:

• Account information: your name, email address, and password, or the basic profile information (name, email) Google shares with us when you sign in with Google.
• Profile information you choose to add: photo, bio, gender, birth date, country, city, or phone number.
• Usage information: the sessions, meditations, and live events you join, and how you interact with the app, so we can keep it working and improve it.
• Calendar information, only if you choose to connect Google Calendar (see section 2 below).
• Billing information, only if you subscribe to a paid plan. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Iyzico; we do not store your full card number.
• Communications you send us, such as support requests or contact form messages.

2. Google Calendar and Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name, email) so we can create or match your account.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Busy & Zen requests access to view and manage events on your calendar so we can help you find time for practice and add your live sessions to your schedule. We only request this access after you explicitly opt in, and you can disconnect it at any time from your account settings or directly from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Busy & Zen's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use your information

• To provide the core service: your account, your practice library, and live sessions.
• To sync sessions with your calendar, if you've connected one.
• To process payments for paid plans, through our payment provider.
• To send you service-related emails, such as session reminders or account notices, and, if you've opted in, occasional updates about Busy & Zen.
• To keep the app secure and working, and to understand how it's used so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and the app working correctly. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics, with IP anonymization enabled, to understand how the app is used so we can improve it. You can accept or decline optional cookies from the cookie banner shown on your first visit. See our Cookie Policy for details.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers who help us run Busy & Zen, under agreements that limit what they can do with it:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers.
• LiveKit, to power live video and audio sessions.
• Iyzico, to process payments.
• Google, when you choose to sign in with Google or connect Google Calendar.
• Google Analytics, if you've accepted optional cookies.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Busy & Zen and our users.

6. Data retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at connect@pranageo.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Busy & Zen is intended for working professionals and adults. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
