These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Busy & Zen, the website and application at busyandzen.com, operated by PranaGEO Ltd., based in Bodrum, Turkey ("Busy & Zen", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Busy & Zen, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Busy & Zen is

Busy & Zen is a meditation and wellbeing app for working professionals. It offers guided meditations and breathing exercises, live meditation sessions, and, optionally, calendar integration to help you build a regular practice around your workday.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
  • You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe, and for activity that happens under your account.
  • Busy & Zen is intended for working professionals and adults; you must be legally able to enter into these Terms to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and payment

  • Some features of Busy & Zen require a paid subscription. Current prices and billing periods are shown to you before you subscribe.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Iyzico.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
  • Refund requests are reviewed case by case in line with applicable law. Contact us at connect@pranageo.com.

4. Live sessions

Live sessions are hosted by facilitators and may be joined by other participants. Please treat facilitators and other participants with respect. We may remove access for behavior that disrupts a session or violates these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

When using Busy & Zen, you agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts.
  • Record, redistribute, or resell live sessions or content without our permission.

6. Not medical advice

Busy & Zen offers meditation, breathing, and wellbeing content for general relaxation and focus. It is not medical or mental health treatment, and it's not a substitute for professional care. If you're dealing with a medical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property

Busy & Zen and its content, including meditations, recordings, design, and branding, are owned by PranaGEO Ltd. or its licensors. You may use them for your personal, non-commercial practice; you may not copy, redistribute, or use them commercially without our written permission.

8. Third-party services

Busy & Zen may connect to third-party services you choose to use, such as Google Sign-In, Google Calendar, or our payment and video providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Termination

You can stop using Busy & Zen and request deletion of your account at any time (see our Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Busy & Zen is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
